I just want to comment high service and help from the people who work in this hotel. Especially on the day of 8th of October. I was coming with my dog for surgery, and guys on the reception were very helpful. They were helping with all the requests always smiling and everything was very easy.

The breakfast was good. But the best thing about the hotel was the restaurant. Superb top class food. Bear in mind its difficult to find a good restaurant in Spain (unless in big city): most are bars and cafes. Location was good- 15 min walk to the walled city part. Car park is part of the hotel (underneath) and you can pay as part of the bill - abut 16 E a night. Free parking on the road but it was a hire car so... Nice big room. Fridge with snacks and beverages.

Unbelievably helpful and friendly staff. They do everything possible to help. Amazing hotel, clean and rooms are spacious and quiet. After a long day on the Camino, it was a real treat to stay in this hotel. We loved it and we will come back one day. Thank you to all the staff for your genuine care.

Modern hotel, with very short walking distance to the center. Spacious and designed rooms with nice view (and sunset as well). Very clean. Great lobby and terrace to take a drinks or some food. Good underground parking. Very nice and helpful staff. We felt very well there.

Very modern and new hotel just out of the centre of Lugo. Super nice rooms, good location with the old town a 10min walk with its intact city wall. Breakfast ok, continental only but good coffee

The hotel is located close to the old town. It has its own car park with direct access to the hotel via lifts. The room was spacious, with good facilities and comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent variety of cold and hot food and beverages.

Upon entering hotel the reception lady was so nice and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean. After some sightseeing around lugo, we headed back to hotel for evening drinks and the gentleman looking after us was fantastic was very attentive. We loved our stay

We spend only one night in this hotel and we can say that hotel is amazing. The new and modern rooms, good restaurant, good breakfast, very helpful staff. Underground parking acceptable ever for tall cars. 10 min easy walk to center. Highly recommended.
